YaalEden ElectroTech
A full website redesign and rebuild for YaalEden ElectroTech - a cloud infrastructure, AI automation, and security firm serving BFSI, Healthcare, and SaaS scale-ups. We rebuilt their digital presence around three sharp service pillars, a conversion-led funnel, and the enterprise-grade trust signals their senior buyers actually look for.
Project overview
YaalEden ElectroTech Solutions empowers mid-market teams to modernise their infrastructure with AWS-first cloud platforms, AI copilots (RAG + agents), and security & observability built in. They serve some of the most demanding buyers on the market - BFSI/FinTech, Healthcare/HealthTech, and SaaS scale-ups - but their website did not reflect the depth of that work. We were brought in to redesign and rebuild it from the ground up: a high-performance, conversion-optimised digital presence that matches YaalEden's authority and gives senior decision-makers a reason to take the first call.
The challenge
The existing site was a classic IT-services brochureware problem: outdated visual design, unclear navigation, no dedicated service pages, no industry-specific messaging, no case studies or trust signals, and no SEO foundation. None of that communicated YaalEden's actual positioning to the people who needed to see it - CIOs, CTOs, and platform leads at regulated, high-availability organisations. The redesign had to do three things simultaneously: articulate three deep service pillars in real depth, segment messaging by industry, and create a conversion architecture that pulled qualified buyers into a Discovery Call or Demo Request.
Discovery & strategy
We ran a focused discovery sprint - kickoff call, brand questionnaire, competitor analysis, and sitemap finalisation - to pin down the three pillars (Cloud Landing Zones & Modern Infrastructure, AI Automation & Agentic Assistants, Security/Compliance/Observability), the three buyer segments (BFSI, Healthcare, SaaS), and the two CTAs that would anchor every page: Book a Discovery Call as the primary, Request a Demo as the secondary. YaalEden's 4D methodology (Discover → Design → Develop → Deploy) became the spine of every service page, so the engagement model is obvious before a buyer ever hits the contact form.
Design process
A clean, enterprise-grade design language - purpose-built for regulated, high-availability environments and the senior decision-makers who operate inside them. The home page leads with a hero anchored on both CTAs, an industries-served strip, a services overview, the 4D methodology, and a trust strip. Each service pillar gets its own full-depth page with hero, what-you-get breakdown, typical deliverables, engagement flow, and CTA. The Industries page splits messaging into BFSI, Healthcare, and SaaS so each audience sees themselves on the first scroll. Case study layouts are outcome-first - faster provisioning, lower support load, audit readiness - instead of feature dumps.
Development execution
Built on Next.js with Tailwind CSS and a headless CMS so the YaalEden team can update services, case studies, and insights without going back to a developer. Hosted on Vercel for global edge delivery and Core Web Vitals compliance from day one. Custom-built lead capture forms route Discovery Call and Demo Request flows into the client's CRM and email channels. SEO is baked in - meta titles, descriptions, Open Graph tags, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, and structured data - not bolted on. Performance is tuned end-to-end with image compression, lazy loading, and a build that ships only what each page needs. The site went from kickoff to deployment in a 5–6 week sprint with weekly progress updates and two design revision rounds.
